In 2019, Houssem transitioned to designing outdoor spaces, providing blueprints for building permits, and ultimately creating Outdoor Seating Area (OSA)

Depending on your project, a building permit of a deck is not the same a building permit of 6800 sqft house. However, typically, the building permit blueprint will include:
- Architectural drawing
- Structural drawing
- Electrical drawin
- Mechanical and Plumbing drawings
